“Tashi delay (I honor the greatness in you), I’m Lleanna Mellany S.Gomez your Ms. Institute of Pharmacy.  “Health and wellness is the highest form of wealth that no one can steal from you” I would like to leave this quote to remind everyone how health and wellness plays a crucial role to us in any aspect, without it, it will be difficult for us to balance our body, mind and even our own emotions.  So I would also like to encourage everyone to take care of their well being and choose a healthy lifestyle, take it step by step and be an advocate on your own about health and wellness because I believe “A healthy lifestyle is the torch towards the epitome of victory”.
