Advocacy: TAKING PART IN INDIVIDUAL SPORTS
Today, more than ever, we must deal with the immediate aftermath of a pandemic while also adapting to the rapidly changing healthcare environment, yet no organization has all the solutions.
However, I do encourage participation in individual sports since they require mental toughness; while team sports foster camaraderie and mutual empathy, competing alone on the court at any level requires a strong mental approach. Playing solo sports gives you the chance to concentrate on your performance and sharpen your mind for greater success in this constantly shifting environment.
Last but not least, we are all aware of how challenging it is to maintain good health and lead a perfectly healthy lifestyle in the modern world, so setting an example that we must be strong and healthy in order to advocate on behalf of those we serve is one way to adapt to the "new normal."

Advocacy:
Physical Fitness is not all about what's outside. Someone can be chubby and be perfectly healthy and another could be skinny but not healthy. Let's embrace and love each other's body type and always remember that having abs is not the goal, instead, let's focus on eating healthy and staying active.

Advocacy: HOLISTIC HEALTH CARE ADVOCATE
I am Elaine, and I am an advocate of Holistic Health Care.
Being an Accountancy student and a student leader, with a busy schedule and numerous academic deadlines to catch, has caused me to neglect the overall aspect of my being. I would sometimes overeat due to stress, my back pain would be excruciating to the point that I just wanted to just lie down and sleep, and sometimes, my anxiety would crawl to me out of nowhere, leaving me tense and restless. These have affected how I work, how I look at myself, and my self-esteem. With this realization, it has dawned upon me that health care is essential to every single one of us. As an Iskolar ng Bayan, who advocates for Holistic Health Care, I strongly encourage my fellow JPIAns to study SMART by prioritizing their overall being.
This is in view of the fact that health is not just about the physical aspect of our bodies. It includes the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. Hence, holistic health care is the condition of meeting your physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs, which can result in numerous benefits for your entire being, one of which is an improvement in your body, evidenced by your improved ability to withstand illness, strengthened natural healing abilities, decreased stress and anxiety levels, and ultimately a strong desire to live a healthy and happy life.
All of this supports my argument for why I strongly advocate for holistic health care. It is essential that we look beyond one aspect. It is time to assess our overall health and take the necessary steps to take care of ourselves, holistically.

Advocacy:
I am an advocate of sports that fosters inclusivity and empowerment. I hope to uplift the spirit of camaraderie through enriching the youth's interest in sports and promoting viable programs that sustain equitable access to physical activities. Aside from seeing sports as a good investment in terms of health, we should see the sublime beauty of sports diplomacy and how it unites divisions within its competency.
Mr. JPIAlympics East - Far Eastern University Diliman
Advocacy:
I experience mental health problems for the reason that I am not physically fit back then, and it affects my confidence to face other people, so my advocacy was that I want to have a program that helps other people or youth like me to have a healthy lifestyle and physically fit to build their confidence, for them not to struggle to socialize with other people and become a better person confidently.
Mr. JPIAlympics West - Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
Advocacy:
As Accountancy students, most of our time is spent on academic-related tasks, which may result in physical and mental health problems. Thus, getting up and engaging in active physical activity can help us boost our health resistance and refresh our minds, enabling us to think more, do more, and achieve more.
